Who this notice covers
This notice covers the current opconsulting.ai website, contact form, intake chat, discovery bookings, and initial email inquiries to On Point AI Consulting. Client projects may require additional notices and written data-handling terms. The operator is On Point AI Consulting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Justin Krakow is its sole member and your primary contact. Contact: info@opconsulting.ai.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, use the intake assistant, or email, you provide contact details, business information, and the contents of your inquiry. Use an initial inquiry to describe the problem at a high level. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details, or confidential customer records by ordinary email.
Information needed to deliver the website
The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time, and browser information, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate errors. Vercel describes its processing in its privacy notice.
Cookies, analytics, and external links
The site uses two analytics tools to count page views and a short list of named actions, such as opening the intake form, sending a chat message, finishing the Snapshot, or clicking a booking link. Neither is sent free text, names, or email addresses. Vercel Web Analytics runs cookieless and sets no identifiers in your browser; Vercel describes it in its privacy notice. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga) to recognize a returning browser, and sends Google the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, so this data is not used for advertising. Google processes it under its privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. Other than those cookies and the Snapshot draft described below, the site stores nothing in your browser. The site does not embed advertising pixels or a booking calendar. Hosting security measures may operate separately from the page code. Clicking an email link opens your email application. Other linked services operate under their own privacy notices.
Discovery bookings
Booking links take you to Calendly to select a time and provide your contact details. Calendly processes booking information under its privacy notice. I use those details to arrange and follow up on our conversation. The calendar is linked from this website, not embedded.
How inquiry information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and keep appropriate business records. Google Workspace handles email. Submitted inquiries are saved as contact records and notes in the separate On Point AI Consulting Attio workspace. Resend sends an internal email notification containing your inquiry and contact details to OPAC. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter. Additional tools and uses will be identified before they are introduced.
Website intake chat
The intake assistant sends your messages and the conversation history through Vercel to Anthropic to generate replies and a short inquiry brief. Messages may include contact details and business information you choose to share. Do not enter passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details, or confidential customer records. The conversation is held in page memory and is not saved to browser storage. You can review and edit the generated brief before submitting it to OPAC. The site code does not write inquiry contents or contact details to runtime logs. Submission sends your contact details and brief to Attio and through Resend to the OPAC inbox. Delivery identifiers and keyed hashes are stored in PostgreSQL to prevent duplicate submissions and limit abuse; this delivery ledger does not store the inquiry text. Hosting logs and AI-provider records follow their respective retention and deletion practices.
AI Opportunity Snapshot
The AI Opportunity Snapshot sends your form answers through Vercel to Anthropic to phrase follow-up questions and write a short diagnosis. Scores and dollar figures are calculated by the site's own code from the numbers you enter; they are estimates, not verified, and not a quote. Your form answers are kept as a draft in this browser's local storage so they are still there if you come back. The draft stays on your device and is not sent anywhere by itself; it is removed when you press Start over, when you send the snapshot to OPAC, or when you clear your browser data. Your answers are not saved to a database. A keyed hash of your IP address is stored in PostgreSQL to limit abuse. Nothing is sent to OPAC unless you tick the box to send it; then your contact details and a text summary of the snapshot are delivered to Attio and through Resend to the OPAC inbox, as described for the intake chat. Do not include customer names, patient or medical details, or government identifiers; the form blocks some of these.
Client work and AI providers
Before client information is sent to an AI provider for an engagement, I explain the proposed information, purpose, and retention settings and obtain your approval. Provider safety-log retention that cannot be disabled is identified during setup. Client project setup documents approved tools, access, confidentiality, any recording consent, and how working copies are returned or deleted. Do not assume that all providers have the same training or retention policies.
Retention
I retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, follow up on a potential engagement, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal requirements. Retention depends on whether the inquiry becomes a client relationship and whether records are needed for an obligation or dispute. You can request deletion using the contact address above. Required records may be retained, and provider logs and backups may follow separate deletion cycles. Client working-file retention is addressed during project setup.
Who receives information
Vercel processes website requests for hosting, security, and analytics, Google processes website analytics, Google Workspace processes correspondence, Attio stores submitted inquiry records, and Resend processes notification emails. Anthropic processes intake conversations and AI Opportunity Snapshot answers as described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Client project providers are identified during setup before client data is sent to them.
Your requests
You may contact info@opconsulting.ai to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law and circumstances. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Requests will be addressed within applicable legal time limits.
Security and location
No internet service or email channel is completely secure. Services may process information in the United States or other locations used by approved providers. Any project-specific safeguards and international transfer requirements are addressed before the relevant processing begins.
Children and changes
This is a business consulting website and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact the address above. This notice will be updated when practices change, with its effective date shown at the top.
