Who this notice covers

This notice covers the current opconsulting.ai website and initial email inquiries to On Point AI Consulting. Client projects may require additional notices and written data-handling terms. The operator is On Point AI Consulting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Justin Krakow is its sole member and your primary contact. Contact: info@opconsulting.ai.

Information you provide

When you email, you may provide your name, contact details, business information, and the contents of your message. Use an initial inquiry to describe the problem at a high level. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details, or confidential customer records by ordinary email.

Information needed to deliver the website

The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time, and browser information, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate errors. Vercel describes its processing in its privacy notice.

Cookies, analytics, and external links

The current site code does not embed advertising pixels, analytics scripts, contact forms, chat widgets, or a booking calendar, and does not set browser cookies or local storage. Hosting security measures may operate separately from the page code. Clicking an email link opens your email application. Other linked services operate under their own privacy notices.

How inquiry information is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and keep appropriate business records. Google Workspace handles email. OPAC does not currently use Google Analytics or an Attio CRM setup for this website. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter. Additional tools and uses will be identified before they are introduced.

Client work and AI providers

Before client information is sent to an AI provider for an engagement, I explain the proposed information, purpose, and retention settings and obtain your approval. Provider safety-log retention that cannot be disabled is identified during setup. Client project setup documents approved tools, access, confidentiality, any recording consent, and how working copies are returned or deleted. Do not assume that all providers have the same training or retention policies.

Retention

I retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, follow up on a potential engagement, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal requirements. Retention depends on whether the inquiry becomes a client relationship and whether records are needed for an obligation or dispute. You can request deletion using the contact address above. Required records may be retained, and provider logs and backups may follow separate deletion cycles. Client working-file retention is addressed during project setup.

Who receives information

Vercel processes website requests for hosting and security, and Google Workspace processes correspondence. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Client project providers are identified during setup before client data is sent to them.

Your requests

You may contact info@opconsulting.ai to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law and circumstances. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Requests will be addressed within applicable legal time limits.

Security and location

No internet service or email channel is completely secure. Services may process information in the United States or other locations used by approved providers. Any project-specific safeguards and international transfer requirements are addressed before the relevant processing begins.

Children and changes

This is a business consulting website and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact the address above. This notice will be updated when practices change, with its effective date shown at the top.
