About these terms

These terms describe permitted use of opconsulting.ai, the informational website for On Point AI Consulting. The operator is On Point AI Consulting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Justin Krakow is its sole member and your primary contact. Questions can be sent to info@opconsulting.ai.

Website information and consulting engagements

The site describes consulting capabilities and possible approaches. It is not a binding quote or a promise to provide a particular service. Sending an inquiry does not create a consulting engagement. Scope, fees, payment conditions, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, termination, and any agreed performance measures belong in a separate written agreement.

No promised outcome

Examples and testimonials describe particular experiences, not results every business will achieve. Outcomes depend on the workflow, available data, implementation, adoption, and other factors. AI systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete output and require appropriate human review.
